University of San Francisco v. Minority Broadcasting Corporation

Prosecuted an action on behalf of the University against a broadcasting company which had breached a contract it had entered with the radio station at the University. The broadcasting company cross-complained against the University on the contract. Following the first day of trial, the parties entered into a stipulated judgment in favor of the University for the full amount of the sums owing to the University under the contracts. Defendant broadcasting company was permitted to make periodic payments to satisfy the judgment.
