(2014) San Francisco Superior Court Case No. CPF-14-513752; Following court trial, Judgment granted, and Preliminary Writ of Mandate issued vacating the Board of Appeal’s decision to approve a development project near the Liberty Hill Historic District. The Board had previously ruled in the neighbor’s favor and then reversed itself after coming under political pressure. The Court returned the matter to the Board for further consideration.
