Complaint for Injunctive Relief, Breach of Contract, Misappropriation of Trade Secrets, etc brought by Merrill Lynch against departing broker and new firm RCB Dain Rauscher. Ex Parte Application for TRO, OSC RE Preliminary Injunction and for early discovery heard on July 2, 2003. Court denied all claims brought by Merrill Lynch against broker.
