(2011) San Francisco Superior Court Case No. CGC-11-510886 Action to enforce a Settlement Agreement for Land Use brought against Developer Rafanelli. The Court granted summary judgement and ordered enforcement of settlement agreement and awarded the Lee’s (William’s clients) nearly $200,000 for fees and costs.
