(filed March 28, 2006) San Francisco Superior Court Case No. CPF-06-506199, Following a court trial, obtained a Writ of Mandamus against the City after it violated Streets and Highways Code Section 892 by vacating a portion of Bernal Heights Boulevard, taking parking from surrounding neighbors and failing to ensure its continued use by pedestrians and bicyclists. The Court found the City failed to perform its duty under Section 892. Writ issued November 30, 2007, Honorable Peter J. Busch, presiding.
